Request Help

On the My Reports page you should see a complete list of all your reports. If you do not see all of your purchased reports please notify us immediately by filling in the form at the bottom of this page or by calling our New York offices at 212.944.5100.

To download a report click on the link that reads [Download] to the right of the report. You will be brought to a download page that lists the file name of the report. Click on the file name to initiate the download.

When you click on the file name you will be asked whether you want to "Save" or "Open" the file. If you choose to "Open" the file it should open automatically after downloading, assuming your computer has been configured to open the specific type of file (Excel spreadsheet, Adobe PDF). If you have trouble opening the file automatically try "Saving" the file then opening it on your PC. Some computers can open files locally but not through a web browser.
